Connecting future drivers with their ideal driving school

Monarch Driving Academy, based in Burnaby, BC, has been training safe and confident drivers since 1994.

Goal

The goal of this project is simple yet transformative: attract more students and expand the driving school’s reach by rebranding from Allwell Driving to Monarch Driving Academy. It isn’t only a name change, the idea is to reimagine the brand to become a familiar name in the neighbourhood.

Our client initially considered building the website themselves. But they quickly realized their time was better spent focusing on their business, so they turned to us.

Result

During the discovery phase, we learn that new driving instructors have increased significantly, with many offering lower rates that attract customers. To differentiate Monarch Driving Academy, we focus on value over price. We aim not just to help people pass their driving tests but to ensure they feel safe and confident on the road.

We target a mature audience, such as new parents or people new to BC, who prioritize safety. By positioning the school as a place to build confidence and skills, we create a strong brand identity that speaks to their needs.

The new design is more attractive, user-friendly, and supports the client’s goal of future expansion. It improves the overall experience while reinforcing the academy’s focus on safety and confidence, helping it stand out in the competitive market.

This section highlights Monarch Driving Academy’s professionalism and friendliness. It helps build trust and make clients feel confident in their choice of this driving school.
Packages section
The language in the “Driver Training Lesson Packages” section reassures visitors by recognizing that getting a driver’s license is an important step. Each package is designed for specific needs, like building confidence or mastering skills, making it easy for learners to find the right path for them.
Contact form
The long version of the contact form helps the driving school understand students better, making it easy to start conversations and schedule driving lessons.
