Since 1994, Brainbridge Bilingual Education and Fine Arts Centre has been helping children learn and grow in a supportive and caring environment.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Goal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Brainbridge Bilingual Education and Fine Arts Centre (Brainbridge) has been around for many years. They have a site but the online form is failing. Sometimes they receive the submissions, other times they don’t. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brainbridge hires me improve their online form, and to revamp their site while maintaining their brand integrity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Result<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Working with graphic designer Dixon Cheung<\/a>, we design a site that builds on Brainbridge’s brand. We continue to use cartoon graphics to show the fun and caring place that kids learn in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like the Brainbridge classrooms, the font is playful, and the pages are colourful. The site structure and forms are simple, making it easy for parents to sign up and for staff to review applications. The result is an increase in online signups.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

When we first connected with Tiffany, VLMFSS acknowledged that the website was outdated, needed improvement in our branding, and difficult to navigate for communities and service providers. We needed a creative and timely solution that would make updating the site easy. Most importantly, we wanted to establish trust with our clients, community partners, and the public online \u2013 this meant putting accessibility and privacy first.<\/p>

The resulting new site has streamlined client intake and provided translations so that clients of various backgrounds could utilize our services no matter what language they spoke. We also embarked on the bold initiative to modernize the beloved logo. It was not an easy process, but we came to a decision that we were all happy with.<\/p>
